INVITATION TO BID

Competitive sealed bids for procurement of the Ochoco Irrigation District (OID) Floating Solar Project will be received by Bruce Scanlon, Manager, at Ochoco Irrigation District, 1001 NW Deer Street, Prineville, Oregon 97756, until, but not after, 4:00 p.m., local time March 27, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. March 30, 2026 at the District office.

BID: Floating Solar Project

This procurement consists of the design and installation of a 1,000 kilowatt (1000 kW AC) floating solar array on OID’s small reservoir near Prineville, Oregon.

Work under this contract shall commence no later than June 1, 2026, including final design and procurement of all materials, and appurtenances.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Any Bidder may withdraw its bid prior to the time of bid opening and no Bidder may withdraw its bid after the time of bid opening.

Award of any contract under this procurement is subject to OID Local Contract Review Board approval.
